Benefits
Early detection of health issues
Urine test strips can help identify potential urinary tract infections, kidney problems, or other health concerns before they become more serious, allowing for timely intervention and treatment.

Non-invasive and stress-free
Urine test strips provide a non-invasive method for monitoring your pet's health, eliminating the need for uncomfortable or stressful procedures, such as blood draws or invasive diagnostics.
Cost-effective
Compared to more expensive laboratory tests or veterinary visits, urine test strips offer a cost-effective way to regularly monitor your pet's urinary health and detect potential issues.

Easy and convenient to use
Urine test strips can be easily used at home, making it convenient for pet owners to check their pet's urinary health without frequent trips to the vet. The results are typically available within minutes, providing quick insights into your pet's well-being.
How to Use
You can simply hold the test strip to your pet's urine stream, or use a pet urine collector to first collect the urine, and then immerse the strip into the sample. Make certain that the test strip does not contact the urine for more than 2 seconds. Hold horizontal for 30 seconds. Once the test strip has contacted urine you must hold the strip horizontal so that the color pads do not bleed on to each other and skew results. Wait for 30 seconds for the reactions on the color pads to take place. Hold the urine test strip against the color chart on the product bottle to read the results. Make sure to read the correct parameter after the specified time. Record your results and speak to a veterinarian if necessary.

1. Allow the strip, urine specimen to reach room temperature (15-30ºC) prior to testing.
2. Remove the strip from the closed canister and use it as soon as possible. Immediately close the canister tightly after removing the required number of strip(s).
3. Completely immerse the reagent areas of the strip in fresh, well-mixed urine and immediately remove the strip to avoid dissolving the reagents. See illustration 1 below.
4. While removing the strip from the urine, run the edge of the strip against the rim of the urine container to remove excess urine. Hold the strip in a horizontal position and bring the edge of the strip into contact with an absorbent material (e.g. a paper towel) to avoid mixing chemicals from adjacent reagent areas and/or soiling hands with urine. See illustration 2 below.
5. Compare the reagent areas to the corresponding color blocks on the canister label at the specified times. Hold the strip close to the color blocks and match carefully. See illustration 3 below.
6. Note: Results may be read up to 2 minutes after the specified times.
Quality Control
Reaction of reagent strips should be confirmed by testing known positive and negative spec-imens or multiple analyte controls containing normal and abnormal amounts of each of the analytes being tested.
1. Do not use test beyond the expiration date.
2. Reagent strips should always be stored in their desiccated vial and should be kept tightly capped.
3. Protect reagent strips from moisture, heat and light.
4. Handle all specimens as if capable of transmitting disease.
5. For in vitro diagnostic use.
6. Do not touch the test area.

Storage
Store at room temperature between 15°C and 30°C (59°F to 86°F). Do not store test strips in refrigerator or freezer. Do not expose test strips to moisture, heat or light.
